Choose the request you need

You can ask to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal information. You can also withdraw your consent. CredScape holds account information such as your name, email address, organization, role, and seat assignment. It also records saved searches and comparable sets.

The Privacy Policy explains how that information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected.

Email the privacy contact

Send your request to privacy@credscape.io. To verify your identity, include your full name and the email address on your account. Include your organization and the specific right you want to exercise. François Lachapelle is the designated Privacy Officer.

We respond to privacy requests within 30 days of receiving your request (Quebec Law 25). We may ask you to confirm your identity.

Understand retention and other options

The policy states: "Account data is kept for the life of the subscription and deleted or anonymized within 90 days after termination." Product event records are retained for usage accounting.

You can change or withdraw cookie consent through Cookie settings in the website footer. If you believe personal information appears in the offering data, the policy directs you to Data Requests and Takedowns for correction or removal.
