Your organization and team
Create or join an organization
Team invitations depend on an organization. If your profile is not connected to one, Team members shows No organization yet and does not display the invitation controls.
Open Organization settings and choose Create my organization. Enter the organization name, then add its primary domain and province when they are available. If you should join an existing organization instead, ask one of its members to invite your professional email address.
An account can belong to one organization at a time. That organization provides the shared context for team access and organization-visible saved work.
Read the two role fields correctly
When someone sends an invitation, they choose Member or Admin. The pending-invitations table shows that invited access role while the invitation remains open.
The active member directory uses a different field. Its Role column displays each person's job title from their profile. When the job title is blank, the column displays Member. It does not display the Member or Admin access role selected in the invitation. Seeing a job title in that column is therefore expected behavior.
Add colleagues when the context is ready
Once the organization exists, open Inviting your team for the invitation sequence, seat check, and common account conflicts. The team page also lets you review active members, track pending invitations, and revoke an invitation that should no longer be used.
