Data Requests and Takedowns
Last updated 2026-08-11
CredScape aggregates and structures publicly available information about non-credit and micro-credential programs. We compile this data from Canadian and US post-secondary institutions and platform providers. The platform is operated by CredScape Market Intelligence Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act. This document explains how you can submit different types of data requests to our team.
We describe programs factually and compile publicly accessible institutional information. We want our data to be accurate and helpful. We commit to acting on well-founded objections quickly and in good faith.
Request Intake Route
All requests must be submitted through our single intake route. Please submit your requests by emailing privacy@credscape.io or by writing to us at:
CredScape Market Intelligence Inc. 214-1111 Frost Road Kelowna, British Columbia V1W 0G8 Canada
We handle four types of requests. Each type has specific requirements and verification steps.
1. Individual Privacy Rights Requests
We hold a limited amount of personal information. This information includes account data, behavioral logs, marketing emails, and Google Analytics identifiers. We do not store instructor personal data. We purged all instructor personal data from our corpus in July 2026.
