Saving work to your library
1. Save from the page where you work
Use the save action on the offering, provider, skill, search, comparable set, comparison, labour-market view, or opportunity view you want to revisit. Saving keeps a path back to the work and its current definition. It does not automatically turn on an alert unless the interface says that it will.
For a search, enter a query or apply at least one filter before choosing Save this search. For a group of offerings, select the offerings in Search and use the bulk save action. An offering already in your library stays in its existing folder.
2. File it for the decision ahead
Open the Saved work library, create a folder, and move your own saved work into it. Add a note to preserve why the item matters or what you plan to check next. You can filter the library by type or name and sort it as the workspace grows.
3. Decide whether to share or monitor
Use an item's actions to share eligible work with your organization or turn on an available alert. Those choices are separate from saving. The owner controls the item's name, folder, note, sharing, and alert state.
For every supported item type, ownership rule, alert boundary, and browser-recent behavior, read Saved searches and the library.
