Saved searches and the library
Save the market definition
After you enter a query or apply at least one filter in Search, choose Save this search and give it a name. CredScape stores the query and current filters together. Reopening the saved search reruns that market definition against the current index.
Search also remembers up to eight recent searches in your current browser. Recents are local browser history, not organization data. You can reopen, save, dismiss, or clear them from the Saved work library. Dismissing a recent search does not delete a saved search with the same query.
Organize the wider library
The library holds saved searches alongside offerings, providers, skills, comparable sets, comparisons, labour-market views, and opportunity views. A saved comparable set keeps its brief, inclusions, exclusions, and benchmark snapshot. Other saved views keep the reference needed to reopen the same analysis. Create folders, filter by type or name, sort by last modified, name, or type, and add a note that records why an item matters.
You can rename, move, share, or delete work that you own. Shared items identify their owner. A folder choice scopes the table to that folder, while the library home shows unfiled work and organization items available to you.
When you save several selected offerings from Search, an offering already in the library stays in its existing folder. The bulk action does not reorganize saved work that you previously filed.
Add monitoring separately
Saving and monitoring are different decisions. A new saved search does not need to send email until you turn its alert on. Use the item's actions in the library to arm it. The alert then looks for newly collected offerings that match the saved query and filters after the last check.
The library-wide Alert emails switch pauses or resumes every alert you own without changing the individual settings. Alerts are available for saved searches, offerings, providers, skills, and comparable sets. Comparisons, labour-market views, and opportunity views cannot be monitored.
This lets you keep carefully defined work while controlling whether its changes reach your inbox. Shared work remains owned by the person who saved it, and only that owner can change its name, filing, sharing, or alert state.
