When dashboard access is inactive

Recognize the access boundary

CredScape checks the organization's subscription before rendering every dashboard route. Access requires a trial, active, or past_due status and a term end date of today or later. If the subscription no longer qualifies, signed-in users are sent to Subscription inactive.

A trial that reaches its end, an expired term, a status outside the accepted set, or no qualifying subscription keeps the dashboard blocked. Restoring a qualifying organization subscription restores the route access.

Keep the work you already saved

Saved searches, comparable sets, and benchmark reports remain stored while access is inactive. They return when dashboard access is restored. The inactive state does not describe a deletion or reset of that research.

The inactive page does not provide self-serve checkout. It directs the organization to discuss renewal. Use that path when the subscription needs to be restored.

Return to a pending invitation

An inactive subscription can also stop a pending team invitation from being accepted. The refusal does not consume the invitation. After an administrator restores a qualifying subscription, the recipient can reopen the same invitation while it remains live.

This subscription refusal is separate from an expired, revoked, or previously used invitation. If the invitation itself is still live, the recipient can retry it after access returns. See Inviting your team for the other invitation states and their next steps.
