Exporting to CSV and to Excel

Export from Search

Run a query or apply filters in Search, then open Export above the matched offerings. Select checkboxes to export chosen offerings as CSV or PDF. You can also export the current page as CSV or PDF without selecting each offering. These per-selection and per-page exports are not band-gated.

Export all is a CredScape Intelligence feature. It creates a CSV for the full matched set up to the export cap of 1,000 offerings. When more than 1,000 offerings match, the label states that it will export the first 1,000. Search exports include the active filter summary, export date, matched-set count, separate course and program tiers, source links, and the offering fields shown by the export schema. They use stable lexical ordering so repeated exports do not inherit changes in semantic ranking.

Export analytical views

Labour-market reports offer CSV and PDF. The Job Bank postings export includes the regional counts used behind the pay summary. Opportunity exports CSV using the lines left by the active client-side filters and sort, including filtered lines beyond the first page shown on screen.

Use Excel for comparable sets

Open a saved set from the Comparable set workbench to export CSV, Excel .xlsx, or PDF. The CSV and workbook are generated files. The PDF option opens your browser's print dialog, so its settings and output depend on the browser. The CSV and workbook carry the brief, snapshot context, candidate status, source fields, method details, and offerings that qualified beyond the display cap. Benchmark figures cover the set itself, not the past-cap evidence.

Excel is not offered on every page. If the export menu names only CSV or PDF, those are the formats implemented for that view. On those pages, CSV is a generated file and PDF opens the browser's print dialog.
