Read access by feature band

Every plan includes hybrid search, multi-select filters, side-by-side comparison, Market Composition, unlimited stored price benchmark reports, and a personal saved-work library.

CredScape Intelligence and Custom plans also list Labour Market, Opportunity, organization sharing, alerts, and full-set CSV export. Licensed API or bulk data delivery and multi-institution scope are listed for Custom plans. Onboarding and priority support are listed for CredScape Intelligence and Custom plans as a service commitment rather than a product gate.

Organization sharing and alerts appear in the plan matrix, but the product does not enforce a runtime band check for them today. The Labour Market, Opportunity, and full-set CSV export gates are enforced.

Recognize a locked feature

When your organization does not hold an enforced feature, the page displays a locked panel in place of the feature. The panel names the feature, explains what it does, identifies the required band, and links to Talk to us. It does not show a price.

Keep dashboard access active

Dashboard access requires an organization subscription with a status of trial, active, or past_due, plus a term end date of today or later. Any other status, an expired term, or no qualifying subscription redirects every dashboard route to Subscription inactive.

Seat capacity is the sum of paid seats and bonus seats. CredScape checks that capacity when an invitation is accepted, not only when it is sent. If no seat is available, acceptance stops and the invitation remains available for another attempt after capacity changes.
