Turning on alerts
1. Save the question you want to monitor
Save a search, offering, provider, skill, or comparable set from the page where you are working. Comparisons, labour-market views, and opportunity views are fixed views, so they cannot send alerts. Saving and monitoring are separate decisions unless setup explicitly turns an alert on for you.
2. Turn on the item's alert
Open the Saved work library, find the saved item, open its actions, and choose Turn alerts on. The first change-based check establishes a baseline. It does not treat every offering already in the index as a new finding.
Use the library-wide Alert emails switch to confirm that alert delivery is on. That switch controls all alerts you own without changing each item's setting. If it is paused, your armed items stay defined but no digest is sent.
3. Read the next digest
CredScape combines reportable findings for one person into a daily digest. Each section links back to the saved work so you can inspect the evidence and decide what to do next. A digest can also turn all alerts off, while the library lets you change one item or resume delivery later.
For the exact trigger for each saved type, baseline behavior, monitoring window, and digest limit, read Alerts: triggers and digests.
